Abstract

This Community Service Program (CSP) aims to preserve local culture through creative mentoring and marketing strategies for woven products for MSMEs belonging to the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Bhayangkari Regional Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC). This activity was carried out using a participatory approach involving product design, digital marketing mentoring, and direct implementation at a national-scale exhibition. The methods used included needs analysis, intensive experiential learning-based training, and evaluation of current impacts and future sustainability. The results showed a significant increase in product innovation, including the development of new motif variants that integrate traditional and modern elements, as well as improved digital marketing skills with increased social media engagement. At the JCC exhibition, this MSME successfully achieved direct sales in five days, with a conversion rate of 21%, far exceeding the previous average. In addition to the economic impact, this program also strengthened cultural preservation through documentation of woven motifs and increased community appreciation of the value of local wisdom. Sustainability evaluations showed that monitoring had been adopted into the MSME's operational system, supported by the formation of a Community of Practice and the integration of training curricula at the local level. Thus, this program has not only succeeded in increasing the competitiveness of woven products, but also created a sustainable business model that combines cultural identity with modern marketing innovation
