Penguatan Literasi Elektronik Melalui Pelatihan Electronic Nursing Documentation (END)

Information technology literacy plays a large role in scientific development through learning. Students are expected to be able to master various technology-based media. This training aims to increase students' understanding of technological literacy in nursing documentation. The service method carried out is training on Electronic Nursing Documentation (END) which is given to students of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Bina Sehat University PPNI Mojokerto. This activity was conducted offline on November 22, 2024, with 73 respondents. Service activities include: 1) Pre-test; 2) Brainstorming; 3) Lecture (giving material); 4) Question and answer discussion; 5) Simulation; 6) Post-test. The material is about nursing documentation, technological literacy in nursing documentation, and technological literacy in learning media. The design of service activities measures the level of ability of training participants before and after being given training as an indicator of the success of this activity. The instrument measured participants' understanding of technological literacy material in nursing documentation. The pre-test results showed that participants understood the criteria 9.6% less. The post-test results showed significant changes, namely in the very good category, initially 63%, but changed to 89%. Wilcoxon analysis obtained a p-value of 0.000 (α < 0.005), meaning there was a difference in understanding of technological literacy before and after the training. Training programs are needed to increase student nurses' knowledge of technological literacy in nursing documentation, and this is the basis for improving the quality of nursing care for patients.
